I have been working on this as a side project. It is currently a card based system. A user claims a card/s. Once the timer runs out at a specified time a winner is automatically selected by RNG. A game hash is generated for the results.
The current login/register system is a simple username/password. No email or private information required. ALL passwords are stored as SHA256 hash and never in plain text. If this idea is allowed and takes off, I am able to change the login from username/password to a simple access token provided by me.
This is a flask app backend, with SQLAlchemy database. (this db for local testing purposes only). Bootstrap front-end.
I can generate as many cards as needed per round. Depending on how many cards are required based on participation, each user will have a maximum allowed cards to claim. View it as each claimed card is a "ticket" for a chance to win the prize.
All payouts will be Torn items or cash.
NO REAL MONEY OR TRANSACTIONS WILL EVER BE USED
The first round would be free for all participants. Subsequent rounds will have a fee based on the prize. The fee will be paid by Torn cash/items via trade.
Payouts for winners will be guaranteed and the payout table will be publicly available with log ID's presented.
Any recommendations are appreciated. If this picks up traction I will tidy it up and make it public.
I can also add other game types if this gets enough attention.
There are always idle games of Poker. My suggestion is that if there is no activity for whatever number of minutes then table closes. It's really annoying joining games where players sit idle. My thoughts.

I could personally probably have a this specific system completed within a week. Given I can find decent hosting services and migration to a cloud based database instead of SQL. I have a few other mini games in the works to add at a later time. I may also work on a crash style game.
It would be calculated based on overall prize value divided by amount of cards available. May need tweaking depending on participation and any other variables that come to life. I don't plan on taking a profit. If I were, it would be minimal for upkeep reasons and providing further prizes.
