I recently put a bookie bet and one of tbe player retired. I think the money I put on should be refunded. Please check.

I recently place a bet on a bookie for a tennis match between 

• Mikhail Kukushkin v Clement Chidekh

Bet log - 

10:54:00 - 17/01/26 You placed a $1,000,000,000 (x1.83) bet in the Bookie on Mikhail Kukushkin (2-Way Full event) bet on Mikhail Kukushkin v Clement Chidekh (Tennis)

One player was retired and match got ended in middle and my bet result shows up as Loss which is incorrect. 

Whenever a player retired or match got stopped in middle, my bet got refunded previously. Like more than 4+ times, I forgot the counts.

Here Daniel was retired and was refunded. 

2) 11:20:06 - 14/01/26 You were refunded for your $495,015,321 (x2.00) bet in the Bookie on Ajla Tomljanovic (2-Way Full event) bet on Maya Joint v Ajla Tomljanovic (Tennis)
Here Ajla Tomljanovic got retired and was refunded. 

3) 20:50:06 - 13/01/26 You were refunded for your $1,000,000,000 (x1.61) bet in the Bookie on Santiago Rodriguez Taverna (2-Way Full event) bet on Santiago Rodriguez Taverna v Gabi Boitan (Tennis)
Here Gabi Boitan got retired and got refunded.

4) 15:39:05 - 09/12/25 You were refunded for your $100,000,000 (x1.25) bet in the Bookie on Barbora Krejcikova (2-Way Full event) bet on Anastasija Sevastova v Barbora Krejcikova (Tennis)
Here Barbora Krejcikova retired and got refunded. 


Above are the few bets where a player got retired in a tennis game and all the bets were refunded>

For my current bet, this should be refunded as per the rule. Please check and advise.

Auckland City FC won through penalty but result shows it is draw.

Hello, I recently bet in CS2 gam between  Team GamerLegion v Fnatic. But the game goes as normal. I need help on why it's refunded instead of getting my winning money.

Recently, I placed a total of $500 million in bets on two Dota 2 matches, with $200 million on one match and $300 million on another. The teams I bet on won both matches. However, when I was expecting to receive my winnings, I received two notifications stating that the amounts had been refunded. I need assistance with this issue.

Well if that's the rule, I already placed one bet before like 11 hours before the game.
