Do you lose crime experience when you are jailed for failing a bust? I'm having trouble finding a clear answer.
I'm trying to work with a much higher level & stat player to get my enemies-ran-away merits, but he can't seem to run away from me. I don't have any of the health and fitness educations done and my battlestats are very bad lol.
He said I should make a forum post to check into it because something didn't seem right. Thanks.
does flash grenade cause damage? because it would kill me if it does.
Is the criminal connections bonus of the night club a boost to crime experience or level experience?

100,000 times higher. He has hundreds of millions of speed and over a million dexterity. I don't even have ten thousand speed and dexterity. Flash grenades seem to help, but he still fails like 25% of the time.
