War rarely has much of a rules. Ranked warring has a lot of rules and we all play with the same rules. I don't think we should mix sports to warring. War has diplomacy and ally aspect. If you don't have allies or aren't willing to pay for them, you are in disadvantaged position. You can buy revievs same way you can buy outside hits.
