Introduction

Welcome to 39th Street Killers x!
At 39th we pride ourselves on being the oldest, most aggressive warring faction in the history of Torn City. Our members are comprised of Torn City's fastest stat and game achievers, coupled with some of the most seasoned and battle hardened fighters Torn City has to offer. As a 39th Street Killer, you are required to chain your ASS off when 39th enters a war. So long as you meet this requirement, we welcome you as part of 39th Street Killers.


Requirements

To join 39th Street Killers X you must meet the following Requirements
Make your fair share of hits while chaining(currently 20 hits a day)
level 15+
Donator Status
Good stats for age


Faction Specials, Always Improving

Vigor: II Hospital Time is decreased by 10 minutes

Chaining: IV Chaining Interval is boosted by 3 minutes

Enormity: III Crime Success is boosted by an unknown multiplier

Steadfast: X Gym Gains are increased by 10%

Gallant: III Nerve Bar Increases by 6

Cumber: VI Max Item Travel Capacity increases by 6

Salutary: VIII Energy Required to revive is decreased by 40 (35 needed with

special)

Pertinent: V Increases Busting Skill by 50%

Adept: IV Education Times are decreased by 10%

Hermetic: X Drug Addiction is decreased by 50%
