Problem:
Currently, most armors in Torn feel one-dimensional, primarily scaling with defense values. This makes sense for certain sets—such as Sentinel, which is clearly designed for defense mains—but the same logic doesn’t hold for Vanguard armor set because defnse values are pointless for dexterity mains. When the primary difference between armor sets boils down to defense stats and current RW gear bonuses, it limits player choice and build diversity.

Suggestion:
Introduce more purpose-driven armor archetypes that cater to different playstyles, rather than simply scaling defense. Some examples:

• Vanguard Armor: Low defense values, but offers high passive dexterity bonus

• Mugger Armor: Increased $ looted by mugging. High stealth. Zero defense values.
• Glass Cannon Armor: Increase ammo per mag for specific guns, weapon accuracy, increased weapon damage, low defense values

• Donkey Armor: Zero defense value. +travel capacity.

• Sniper Armor: High passive speed bonus, moderate critical hit rate chance, moderate defense values.
• Demolisher Armor: High passive strength bonus, moderate critical damage bonus, moderate defense values.

Benefits:

• Encourages more diverse PvP strategies and gear choices.

• Introduces meaningful decision-making in loadout planning.

• Makes armor feel more specialized and interesting—not just "best in slot" for raw stats.

Constructive feedback would be appreciated.
