I got told by someone that has been playing torn for a long time, that usually if there's is an infinity symbol next to a mission that means you have as long as you want to complete it. If it doesn't have the infinity symbol then I'm guessing it will just tell you how much time you have. I hope this answered your question? Or maybe I misinterpreted your question wrong lol
