Sorry, no screenshot. I completed this mission but the bounty remains. I attempted to claim it again after a day, but still was not awarded the bounty. I did get the mission completed credit.

I would have mentioned it in the player committee forum thread, but it seems I was removed yesterday. Um...okay.

Double Jeopardy


I think I might have got this double jeopardy thing a bit out of whack. Also doin the same crime twice doesn't get you off the hook at all, you just can't go to court for the same thing twice. I think. And apparently beatin someone up and paying a dude to do it for you is two different things as well. Hell I dunno, I can't make heads or snails of this damn lawyer crap. All I know is the cops are on to you. Sorry kid. Here's some cash, go buy yourself a soap with a real long rope. You'll need it.

• Put a bounty on someone
• Defeat that same person

• $20,000 received
• 14 Mission credits received
• Agent standing increased.

I think most people pay for losses because it's a quick easy way to defend merits, that's my reason anyways.



Also, once you have completed the Bachelor of Military Arts and Science in education and gain building weapon experience, buying defends will quickly build any weapons you choose to use making them more powerful.



It may also change your game title, or help you achieve potentially several other merits including rounds fired, kill streak, weapon finishing hits, to name a few.
