I will be conducting a 15 mil lotto! :) One one ticket is 1 mil, one ticket per person

RULES:
#1: Only one entry per person
#2: You cannot bribe me to let you win the lotto...
#3:once i have 20 entries then I will enter your entry numbers in a randomizer and that shall pick a winner... again i cannot be bribed...it is all t random.
