I had this idea a while ago to make this. "A while" being yesterday. It's a GreaseMonkey script (that may or may not work with the equivalent Chrome extension, given any modifications to formatting required to switch between the two. I will not check) that keeps track of every number that appears in Keno and stores it locally.
Feature list:
Button to manually store a finished game
Button to manually store any amount of numbers
Button to toggle stat display
Displays the number of times a number has been chosen by the Keno gods above the number
Displays the %chance of a number appearing under the number
Changes the background color of each cell based on the above - the more green, the more it has appeared
Displays total numbers of games above the top right of the Keno board
Button to toggle debug output to browser console
If you find a bug, toggle this on and send me anything that is repeating
You can also turn it on just because you want to
Button to both play given your current bet and number of rounds you wish to play and automatically collect the game after it is finished
Here is a pastebin link to the code. It's sloppily thrown together just to make something work and uncommented, so have fun.
I was thinking about making a script for Greasemonkey that tracks every number that appears in Keno and would allow you to click a button to toggle the display of how many times a given number has shown up and/or the % chance of that number showing up, given the numbers that you have seen appear. And maybe colorize the keno cells based on that chance.
The three main functionalities I have a question about are:
1. Collect the numbers that show up in your torn games 2. Show how many times a certain number has appeared 3. Show the %chance of a certain number being picked 4. Colorize the keno table based on the chance of a number showing up
I've already manually done all but 3 on a google spreadsheet for 13 games, which took ~1 minute per game because I'm not very fast at this sort of stuff. The number of games will almost definitely increase by the time I get a reply.
Updated: Added a total games counter (no more needing to toggle debug and viewing console to see that,) made the numbers appear over the background of picked/winning numbers (though, it's still not easy to read the black on blue that is the numbers on a picked number,) and redid the coloring a bit to make it more obvious which is the most picked number after a decent number of games played.

Nah, I can make it, my question is if any of the list would break any rules, and if any would, I would exclude it from the script. And yeah, I revise things in posts and forget to revise relevant things, like the number of things in a list.
As for RNG: Yes, in real life, probability works that way. However, computers are a deterministic beast. They don't have easy ways to get true RNG. There are ways, sure, but the easiest way to make something seem random is to use the most common implementation of pseudo-random number generation where you give the computer a seed and it pulls a number from a very, very long list and gives you that.
But, bad implementation of this can lead to biases and/or predictable patterns, such as one number having a 1/70 chance instead of every number having a 1/80 chance, or whatever. It's essentially a way to determine if the RNG is implemented well or bad - given many, many, many games. Given infinite games, you could determine the biases exactly.

Me and a few friends were super drunk and driving around out in the country around midnight when the one in the passenger seat screams, "STOP!" So, the driver slams on the breaks and the dude bolts out of the car and runs to a nearby pumpjack and starts riding it and screaming yeehaws like he's a cowboy. It was hilarious.
For those of you that don't know, this is a pumpjack:
