All that mistergeJJ once knew of his beloved Torn City was of no use to him now. Once a revered scientist looking for the next big scientific breakthrough, he now wanders amidst the haze, fog, and rubble looking for scraps of food to stay alive. He heard the voices of survivors in the past few days (or was it weeks?), but only mustered the courage now to emerge from his hole. He climbed atop a pile of rubble and could barely see his hand in front of his face in the haze.

"Is there anyone there?"

All he could do was wait for anyone to answer, and for the fog to lift.

After The_Reputed had so convincingly plead to nearly everyone at camp to attempt diplomacy with the roach, mistergeJJ felt as if he was the only one with any sanity left in this wasteland. He thought it wise to play along for now, and didnot provoke the insect yesterday; butinstead turned to the only ones who would listen to him, who wouldn't talk back with nonsensical notions of taming giant scavenging bugs - his precious, delicious apples. Farming was the only solace that mistergeJJ had now that Torn City had been ravaged. He found peace walking among the farm, even in the drizzle. The rain droplets hushed any rustling or commotion in camp around him, putting the lone farmer in an almost zen-like state. ----and then theroach came. mistergeJJ could do nought but look in horror and anguish as the insect made quick work of thered fruit, swallowing each apple whole not even leaving a core. And then the roach moved on as quickly as it had come to the farm. MistergeJJ was left there, in the drizzle, alone, standing in an ever-growing puddle with raindrops streaming down his face...or were they tears?

"Roach loving ideas - begone with them! I'll take matters into my own hands!! Reputed - good to see you've turned back on your notion of domesticating this pest. And thank you for replacing at least some of the apples..."

Tempest - you can just take a knife from the warehouse if you want, actually.

Tempest - the first action I took was to buy a Pickaxe.

No idea how to calculate actual damage with the armor and absorption......I hope we get to split loot somehow, even though Ace is doing most of the damage lol.

Dang roach....so if I try to attack it now with metal knife, it will do 0 dmg? No sense in buying more bullets either really...

so I've kinda given up on Torn...the only reason I log in now is to play Alive lol
