Well I have a suggestion why are we not able to travel to another country when we are in another country instead of coming to torn first we should be able to inter-country travel

I got 31 days donator status ,250 points and a gas can for referring a friend of my after he got to level thirty came online today and I can't find my 250 point and gas can and I also got a balacavia I saw that on my item list but I can't find the 250points and gas can maybe you can help
