Nice story from this year. I ended up getting off work early for christmas eve this year. Came down to see my parents and my sisters both got to make it as well. Today for christmas we did all 3 meals, presents, all the usual christmas stuff. Turns out some friends of myself and sisters got kicked out, recently had family die, family moved states, etc. So far we've had 4 people come to the house instead of sitting alone wherever they may be. Makes me happy to know they're here instead of wandering around town or sitting at their house depressed.

I'm completely in the same thought process as Moppet. I figured I might as well share a short version of my story, it was a life changing year. I've always been pretty closed off about it, mentioning it here and there. Getting an encouraging message specifically for me definitely helped my day. Could've been a terrible thread of "I had it worse" but it turned out to be a lot of encouragement and people being touched by real lives of people. Always nice to see
