If you want to make a faction make it but from what I'm reading it sounds like they want you to buy a faction and not be init.
there all rich enough to buy it themselves so save your money and let them buy it mate

You have to ask your co leader personally I wouldn't ask straight away You'll look like a beggar prove your worth major loyalty during hard times then they'll happily lend you a gun
Before all the high levels talk down to you like there god I'll. tell you factions are key to the game making friends chaining growing stronger quicker using a factions steadfest they do not gurantee you won't be attacked but a good leader will mail the culprit warning them to stop or.
