I've always been the type of person who'd rather help others than accept help, and all those who I got close to on here would know that -.- I've had many friends come and go, many like me now have quit the game, and just login from time to time to check the forums / speak to a few people. How do you calculate / find your drug addiction percentage?

I tried it, lasted 3 weeks, I just couldn't keep it, the diet was fine to handle, I quite enjoyed my short time on keto, but the recipes is where It got hard.



Any hardcore Keto guys out there? Help a brother out -.- Need your best full keto meal plans.

Id love to get back to it.
