I understand that the bug is trying to be fixed, however I was just wondering if anyone knows if they will reimbursing money lost as in result of being logged out?

Had 21m in poker game until I was logged out then?

Just curious if if you will be refunding this?

Game ID would of helped, I had the 21m whilst sat at the table, is that still counted as cash on hand ?

could of been 2.1?either way 2.1 or 21 why hasn't it been credited back? Staff said yesterday that people had asked them after the same thing happened to them that the money was credited back about 5-10 mins after they were logged out. I didn't even get the 1m buy in back. If it's to much hassle don't worry about it, but was curious why people got there's back and I didn't. Not to worry

No winner of that hand. Was in the middle of a new deal than cam up with "you can not be logged in twice as the same time" and made me re log in but when I logged back in none of the money was refunded :/ I can't remember for the life of me what the ID was.

hopefully mine will do that same, but it's been about 45 minutes so far and no sign yet.
