How is dropping a trashbag on the street an illicit service, but getting hired to burn down a warehouse for insurance fraud is vandalism????

Last year. About 9 months of that going "Ooh, is it time to level a new crime?" once a week or so.
Probably doing that until september 2026 when arson is said to be released.
In other words - the crime i have committed the most has been believing in "a new crime every 3-4 months" for the past year :P
