Well if you miss log-ins you cant expect to be trained, or paid well at all. Even at that, "Payed-Well' is a figurative thing. Some companies don't pay well or sometimes at all, depending on the company your perks become your pay. However, let the man find a job in peace xD.

Defense Training VI and Strength Training VI - With these Two GODLY perks you are able to gain an additional 6% to Gym Gains when Training Strength and Defense!! I initially thought it was based on income/profit and popularity however... The popularity I have and income I'm pushing is well beyond what I recall having my old music store star up.

As The Title Says, KN - Emergence is Actively Opening up Recruitment to introduce some new Friends to Join our FAST growing Family! We Believe in the Traditional Term of "Faction" when it comes to Gaming - That being making Growth, Social Gaming, and Mentorship as our primary Focal Points. We Believe that In order to balance the BEST form of Social Gaming, you need to balance RL with Game... And we really make that easy here.
Current Faction Perks
Side Effects v - Reduction to drug induced side effects (you receive less side effects from the use of drugs) - This REALLY bring Chaining and Happy jumps to the front of your game play WITHOUT incurring the worst of them nasty little reductions in Player Statistics. Additionally, This perk gives an Addiction mitigation of 15%.
Addiction XV - Reduces Drug Addition Gain by 30% - Super awesome if you want to push some Happy Jumps for increased Stat gain, or if you want to have fun and participate in Chaining while limiting how much addiction you are being forced to deal with as a side effect!! Super Awesome!!
Travel Capacity IX - Increases Max Travel Capacity by 9 item. This perk is super super Awesome for those who travel to either obtain items or for monetary gain. We know how annoying it can be to travel only to realize you don't really have the space for everything you want to bring back - Terrible - With us that never has to be a major concern!!
Defense Training VI and Strength Training VI - With these Two GODLY perks you are able to gain an additional 6% to Gym Gains when Training Strength and Defense!! This paired with our perks for Happy Jumps really makes Gym Training with us an Awesome Part of game. Not to mention additionally paired with out Addiction Perks - You really are going to Push your stat training to a great place.
As an additional note, We are also pushing to unlock and build up Nerve Passives in the near future. Nerve passives are an additional great passive to assist players.
Faction Activity Policy
As a Faction - We fully Understand peoples need to Balance RL and Game Time - We all go through that and all have to figure that out when it comes to gaming. The great news is that Torn has an App for androids!! Super awesome - I use it to log in and check things out at break or lunch all the time!
The Only thing we as a Faction ask is that you don't go Three Consecutive days without logging in - and if for some reason you must, It's no problem - Just reach out to our recruitment lead and let them know what's going on. As previously stated we are about Family and Traditional Faction Principles - In that we understand things happen - Just reach out.
Chaining in Emergence
As all must, We also Chain as a faction. This does not mean we are like other Factions and PUSH you to chain unrelentingly and use membership with us as a threat above your head!! You will never encounter this here. Yes We Chain and YES we want you to join in... But, We will never force that on you or ask you to invest more time into one area of game than your personal life allows. Simply put we are not going to kick you for not chaining (AT ALL) But we want you to chain.
