How about

medical classes: which could lessen your hospitalizations, randomly gain first aid items if you are hospitalized and help you to add time to enemies time in hospital~~!

some classes to help with your casino gambling habits, like a way to gain extra casino tokens, help you gain a small higher chance to win, like you are counting cards or something
