Travelling to France soon for 10 days so needed some tips if you have any. Currently planning 4 nights in Paris and then rest of the days between Strasbourg, Nice , Lyon , Marseilles and Bordeaux. Really want to do Mont St-Michel but looks like it is a pain getting there. Looking forward to your replies and thanks in advance.
I've been training regularly 3-4 times a week, evenly split between HIIT and Strength for almost a year now. My diet is good however I am not overly strict, I do love eating out and the occasional burgers once every week. I've lost about 3 kg and gained muscle in my arms and legs although the chest is a bit slow to build. However, my belly fat is refusing to budge(skinny fat is my physique). I've been planking religiously for 2 minutes everyday for the last 6 months but no bueno. I'm not going to eat chicken breast, rice and broccoli if that's what it takes. What am I missing/ doing wrong?
My Diet: Breakfast 3-4 eggs with mushrooms, berries, mixed nuts and fruit juice. Lunch: Some carbs with about 50g of meat. Dinner: Usually light since I'm not big on evening dinners. Weekend diet might include fatty foods in the evening followed by a couple of hard drinks. I don't drink beer
