Not sure if anyone else had this problem; But when I attempted the Double Jeopardy mission from Duke, the first step of the mission that I completed was to put a bounty on someone then after that defeat the same person which I did yet for some reason it didn't count even though I did it multiple times afterwards.

Well I attacked the same person after I put the bounty on them. And I did go back before to check if I completed the first step, yet there wasn't an indication on the page itself that had the person's ID number.
UPDATE: Just did another bounty on someone else, checked the mission page to see if there was suppose to be an ID number, after checking there wasn't one to be seen nor the player's name.

Monkey is by far the best trader I have met, he gives a reasonable price for your items, and he doesn't kill you after you received your money. 10/10
