NOMADS 2.0 – Rebuild in Progress

We’re rebuilding NOMADS 2.0.

That means trimming the dead weight, setting clearer expectations, and bringing in people who actually want to be here, train, and get involved. We’re a Ranked War faction, and that’s the focus, but we also want a group that gets on, chats, and doesn’t disappear between wars.

We’re not chasing numbers, we’re trying to build something solid.

Wars run every other week, so people can make money and still have time to train. Gym perks rotate, we’ve got full Voracity and Toleration, OC 2.0, and leadership that’s active and approachable. If you’ve ever been in a faction where nobody replies or nothing gets followed up, this isn’t that.

What we’re looking for is pretty simple. Around 1m+ battle stats, turning up for RWs, training between wars, and actually communicating. If you can’t make a war, say so. If you’re struggling with money or Xan, we’ll help. If you vanish or don’t contribute, we won’t pretend it’s fine.

YATA and TornStats are required, not to micromanage you, but so we know how to support you properly. Aim is 3 Xan a day, 2 minimum. We’re realistic, not delusional.

This probably suits you if you enjoy RWs, want to grow during a rebuild, and prefer a faction that’s friendly but still takes things seriously. If you’re after a silent faction or a free ride, it’s not going to be a good fit.

• Train Like a Machine: We want you to be a beast, and we’re here to help! Hit that 600 E goal per day, and let’s turn you into a powerhouse.
• War Contributions: If you don’t fight, we’ll send you a reminder (don’t worry, it’ll be polite). Contribute at least 1% of our earned respect or face our terrifying but endearing sanctions.
• Join YATA and Torn Stats: It's the 21st century—join the club. Track your stats, track your progress, and keep the leadership informed. We’ll love you for it.

Weirdly I not long posted the same thing and was told its done on a coin flip between what you and your opponent have chosen if different.

Maybe out a comment in my post that's now been moved to suggestions so we can try and get some traction on it. 

Feel free to move it to the suggestion thread if that is where you feel it is best suited. 

So, I'm getting pretty fed up with getting weekday matchups when requesting weekends. 

I would much rather be unmatched and not RW than match up on a weekday. As a faction, most members are working full-time jobs and are unable to participate during the week. Getting Thursday/Friday matchups means the RW is normally already over before the weekend, because as a faction, we haven’t been able to participate. 

There should be more preferences, strictly weekend only, weekend(but will take weekday if have too), strictly weekday only, etc.
