In the meanwhile, my friend AshKill94 [1850991] is handling the business for me. For any of your requirement, you may approach him. Company : 10* Property Broker

Selling Trains : 6x per day (42x per week)

Combinations Available : INT - END || END - INT || MAN - END

Accepting Payment : Weekly (in Advance)

Minimum Buy : 2 Weeks (Payable in Advance)

Maximum Buy : See Rules

Minimum Bid : $150,000 per train ($12,600,000 for 2 weeks)

Maximum Bid : No Limit

 

 

How it Works: & Rules:

 

 

1. Players willing to buy Trains will place a Bid.

2. The Bid will include 2 factors :

     a) Bid Amount (and)

     b) No of Weeks intending to buy for (Approx. figure acceptable)

3. Bid Amount per train should be higher than or equal to Minimum Bid.

4. No of Weeks should be higher than or equal to Minimum Buy.

5. All valid bids will be accepted and all players placing a Bid will be put in a waiting Queue. 

6. Players with higher bid amount will find their position higher up the Queue.

7. Players with higher buy period will be placed above those with lower buy period for the same bid amount.

8. The Maximum Buy will be one of below which comes later:

     a) No of Weeks intending to buy for (As mentioned by you) (or)

     b) Your wish to continue buying for after you've joined

9. However, the Maximum Buy is subjected to be cut short to a period of 4 weeks if:

     a) There is an existing bid with a bid amount equal to or greater than 1.5 times your bid amount (or)

     b) A close friend of mine / company employee needs those trains

10. Additionally, the Maximum Buy is subjected to be cut short to a period of 2 weeks if:

     a) There is an existing bid with a bid amount equal to or greater than 3 times your big amount

11. Players can revise their bid any number of times. The last bid shall be considered.

12. Players already accepted once can re-bid once their buy period has ended.

 

 

Payment :

 

 

1. Once a player who was at #1 in the waiting Queue has been offered the trains, he / she may accept to buy or reject the offer.

2. If rejected, the player is removed from the waiting Queue and the new player who stands at #1 is offered the trains.

3. Once a player accepts the offer, he / she has to pay 2 weeks' worth of trains in advance.

e.g. If your bid is "$380,000 per train for 6 weeks", you have to pay $31,920,000. $380,000 * 6 trains * 14 days (2 weeks)

4. Then the player has to pay weekly in advance on or before the 5th day of every week.

e.g. You've already paid for 14 days. So, on Day 12 (5th day of Week 2), you'll have to pay for another week. On Day 19 (5th day of Week 3), you'll have to pay for another week.

5. The cycle of advance pay and trains will continue till your Buy Period.

6. Once your Buy Period has ended or you've failed to pay for trains of next week, the offer to buy trains will be given to the player currently at #1 in waiting Queue.

7. And thus the cycle continues.

 

 

Training :

 

 

1. Once your payment is received, you can apply to the company and you'll be accepted.

2. You can then inform me which Combination you're looking for or this can be discussed before-hand.

3. I'll train you 6x per day or 12x if i missed one day or 18x if i missed 2 days.

(Meaning you'll never waste a day)

4. If in between, you want me to change the Combination, feel free to message / chat me and I'll be happy to make the change.

 

 

Facts :

 

 

1. You will not get a daily wage.

2. All job points you earn is yours.

3. I can put you in a position which differs from your asked Combination for trains.

(In such case, I will change your position, train you with your required Combination, and re-change your position to what I need)

I didn't wanna make it a public thing. And I didn't have enough time to get back to all since its rather abrupt. Hence I gave her the task to communicate on my behalf.

Also, the mail is not asking for money. Its saying there will be giveaways. So no scamming there...
