This is not a torn bug. I can use city now. Did nothing to computer. Perhaps avast caught something.
In meantime, here is some info which will not show on screenshot: Have to click twice to access city; only the plus sign above arrows is highlighted (arrows are not) Map size is normal. I can click on plus sign. First click on city makes links accessible, Then a click on plus sign makes it so I can't use links.

Am taking back yesterday's ugh ugh. It's workable now. Only thing is that the graphics are so light it's killing my eyes. Any chance of darkening it a wee bit?

was a usability problem for me. the quantity box confused me as well, probably because there was no empty space within it to add quantities. please delete this post.
1. firefox and added windows. still persists.

5. beginning command, Command Shift 4 didn't work.
Guess I can't give you proof with a screenshot, only my word. However, possibly downloading Fireshot on Firefox might help. It seems it will catch in pdf, jeg, png, gif or bmp, whatever those things are. Also possibly e-mail which I could send to "George".
Have tried drug and candy... could this be any relation to bazaar item problem? It's so annoying when things work for some people and not others, lol...
