I think he's talking about "employment history". That wouldn't be bad and would make that aspect more realistic. I run a psf. So... I know how that is. I just overpay everyone more than anyone else will. That's the only way I can keep them.
It will help to cross reference with other PSFs as far as employee positions go. That helped me alot with all companies.
It has been 31 days since Lat was banned and I found myself in the middle of drama for the first few days and has since died down.
I never really had any opinion on Lat because he never effected me negatively or positively.
I have decided to keep the faction for the time being.
However, since I know Lat really effected the community.
I want the community to decide what I should do next.
Someone needs fact checked, I didn't sell any faction to Lat, Lat bought it from Bonk.
The only things in the armory worth it is the 140 or so Xanax and 2 yellow SMGs.
There is no money, Lat used it all for his 158B stats and kept what was left in items and stocks.
I dont know who Lat stole from, the story of who it came from has changed too many times for me to care. I was never friends with Lat in any way. The reason I was in the faction was simply to grind RW as that is my main income. 250m+ weekly.
The fact that the money is scam money is kinda irrelevant because I didn't gain such an opportunity dishonestly, I was simply loyal to the faction I was in. And stayed, I'm against scams. I didnt really know Lat, heard the history and stayed away. Lat never asked me for money or anything.

The fact that you sat there thinking about this for im sure was awhile is just mind blowing. Call it what you want, begging is begging. I understand asking for help. Find a group of people within your lvl group and grow with them. Asking for advice or some sort of mentorship in a faction will pan out way more than just begging people.
