10* LS's are shit right now, and directors have to collectively come to an agreement to bring down ad's. But same goes for other company types - and it will just never happen - unfortunatly.
They are OP when it came to plushie running but now you just lose a lot of money and the stat req is way too high. Im never able to find any employees. And when I do I end up having to tax them (which I hate) just to keep the company stable and at 10*.
I have 115% RRP, good customer loyalty built up, director stocks, rly high ad's and good stat employees with EE merrits, and still im only barely managing being at 10*.
Want a tip? Eigther join me if you have really high stats cuz im honnest and desperate lol. nah but fr. They can be really profitable still and good for your merrits. But I have some calculations if your getting paid 3,3m or above in an oil rig - it's better to run the oil rig then to run in a LS.
Biggest perk for me as a director is just that I don't have to rehab every other day.
Other then that- I might sell one day and just join a 10* oil rig with the END I have built up running an LS.
