We have a stocked armory that all members are welcome to use with meds, candy, beer and non-xanax drugs to use for training, as well as combat armor and weapons for those who need them.
Points and Xanax are provided during chains and war.

What is your company popularity? This ranges from 0% one week to 100% the next week. Farms have to create stock 1 week then sell stock the next week, so they bounce from 9 to 10 and back again at the end of each week
How much do you typically spend on advertising per day/week? $0 on the week at 10*, $20m daily on the 9* week I came back to edit my entry and say, I sold my Farm and the new owner is doing 3.5m daily advertising and getting results as good as I was. Do not pay $20m daily on advertising, I was foolish.
Do you pay your employees? No
How in demand is your company? I get a few people reaching out each week, despite not hiring. Finding good employees is a bit of a challenge but reaching out to folks who have asked about jobs in the weeks prior will generally find someone to hire.
Do you sell trains or tax company specials? No, no pay but also no tax and trains are given on rotation
Which specials are most popular or in-demand? The 10* special provides 7 energy for 10 points. This is the main draw of a farm job, free energy.

What would you say is your average net profit per week? A loss of $60m weekly?
Is there anything you wish you had known before choosing this company type? Not specific to this type of company, I think any company takes a person who spends a lot of time in Torn. If you can't even be relied on to do daily trains (the struggle is real) then running a company might not be for you.
10* GSC, free rotating trains. Great for Dex heavy players. Must be (or switch to) female, have decent stats (this isn't for new players) and rehab regularly.
