i know that it increases melee damage and can carry guns, but will it also increase gun damage? and if it can carry a gun, will it fire a lot more if i have more str? what benefits does it gives on gun user and other weapons :)

what will happen for example if i have 100 job points sweet shop and i leave/kicked out, then join on a different company but still a sweet shop. will i still have my 100 job points and will i lose them?

yup, thats why im asking if anyone knows what company trains that gives high int, so far i only know sweet shop gives 50 end and 25 manual when trained.. :)
