A faction and its members got robbed for 10B, he took the vault money, then promised a faction company to get more money out of members, whilst trying to sell the faction someone else still had agreed ownership of. I have a young child and don't have time to upload and code messages into Torn. But I got Jax too, and still we are on about posts not being in the right order?
Dude, you're arguing with the wrong person. I gave JaxSyns what I had screenshotted on my phone before he kicked me for questioning him. If you look at the screenshots, he is a broke player and took billions from the faction - no leader should do that.
As a team, over the past week, our Discord has been full of screenshots; the whole thing has been confusing. But if you pick out Sinha_ withdrawals, you can see something isn't right. Woogleen did his best with what he was given. Iriae you explained it all beautifully. Its so sad that Torn has become what it is, where scamming and being a twat is just accepted, by mostly everyone . And as I promised, the money you've lost I take as my personal responsibility to pay back to you. As I said it will take a good while, as I have to pay 3.9B back to members and buy us a new home. But as I sold the faction to him, I feel I'm also at fault.
We need places in Torn where leaders can be trusted and want their members to grow and enjoy the game, or what's the point in playing?! That's why when I find nice, hard working players, I do everything to support them at a cost to myself! I even come across green leafs and buy them a palace, rent them my spare PI for $1 for 100 days and drop them 50M on top to get them started. How can Torn get new players if older ones don't/won't help out?! The world sucks, why does a game have to mirror it so well?! I personally want better and will always do better. I've made great friends in Torn and nearly lost 3 of them today, thankfully I managed to give them some hope to keep playing.
Like you said in the real world what he has done would carry real consequences. And I've been messaged by a few lovely people offering help, it has restored my faith in the Torn community, somewhat. But if the majority of us jump on the attack most of the time, it's hard to keep people playing. And the ones that quit when BS comes their way, are normally the ones we want to keep. They are the hard working, lovely, no drama players that make this game great. And sadly they aren't too many of them.
But what annoys me the most is defending my friends on this forum and someone who tried to help provide proof. The staff decided giving me a warning over posting too much, is more important than investigating someone who has scammed 10B proudly, yet it doesnt show in their networth. Like where has the money gone?! When I've reported him, I'm the one that is supposed to provide evidence of his multi account? Yet they have the resources to actually look into it. And since this has all happened, talking with a lot of people its highly suspected for ages he's a multi, so where is the investigation? Telling me I need to provide the staff proof, doesn't even make sense. I've raised a concern, investigate! They have the logs, can check his activity, why is it up to me to find another account I think he is funneling the money too? A good scammer will keep that hidden and he is well practiced in this.
If it wasn't for my members I feel I now have a debt too, I'd just stop playing! 10 years playing, dropped off for a bit - but coming back and having this happen, then the staff being so lazy about concerns I've raised and giving me a warning. It really does suck. Every other game I play, never had these problems. Feel people are nicer in fortnite and we're literally out to kill one another in that game! But at least common decency exists there! And yea fortnite is simple, but a complex game like this. I do expect people to be better this game doesn’t attract those with a short attention span, its a grinding, long term plan game, just feel as a community we can do a lot better.

Anyone who joins will have a pointless existence in Torn, and that mining company you robbed us all to pay for- you think anyone will stay working when they're constantly in hospital, which will harm your company efficiency. Just give the faction back. Its been paid for twice over. Be able to play Torn with a bit of peace =]

I was hoping to get the loot from war to help pay some of what members have been robbed of, but got co-lead taken before I could, and it's been hard on my faction. I'm sure you can understand the toll it's taken on them all. I even offered that he could keep the money, as I was dumb enough to sell back to him, just give he faction back, I can take the loss. But the greedy F, has to try make every liittle bit he can.
And I didn't mean to be condescending, but when my friend is being attacked - it got my back up too! She is someone you want to play with in Torn she works hard, plays fairly, and she is trustworthy. Who's hiding from me? I didn't personally attack anyone. Generally, the way this community goes on is really upsetting. And like I said, I'm sure your mothers raised you better. If you have questions, ask. To attack Boiko and Woogleen, when one tried to warn you; the other is high but took the time to sober up as best he could, and show some evidence - you all attack them. It's really sad. Put that energy into the real problem in this post, and they've admitted what they did!!

Its really sad how most people in Torn, turn into complete twats 90% of the time! I'm sure their mothers raised them better than this!
These are a week old. I tried to get him to put the money back and in that time he decided to scam more members into handing over billions!
Okay I need to clear things up here, so you all stop bullying my mate. I joined Wild_Mist/Sinha_ faction when I started playing torn again after so many years inactive.
He was always super nice to me. He knew I ran a faction before, and obviously I smashed warring etc. After a month of me being there he approached me to buy the faction off him. He had fallen out with a friend and she left the faction the second I brought it. He stopped playing. After a few months of me running the faction he wanted to buy it back. I sold it back but kept a 25% stake in the faction, as I have a young child and am planning to move house, I just didn't have the time to keep up. And with him being my old leader, I trusted him!
Within a week of buying the faction he emptied the vault, I questioned him said it was for investment, it didn't sit right with me but what can I do the money is already gone!
Then he went around the faction to the richest members promising to buy a faction company and give them a slice of the profit. Everything he took, has disappeared. I reported him to staff as a multi cause it doesnt make sense where the money has gone, and they say there isn’t enough evidence to chase it. I've checked everyone I know he deals with and none of them have gained a lot of money in this time span. So its really confusing. But as you can see from what JaxSyns has posted - all came from me! He took the money from the faction. Also scammed a further 5.5B from members. We all trusted him as we've known him for the better part of a year. He's done this before, and will do it again when the heat dies down. So remember his ID, don't deal with him Sinha_ [3159112]
