Will I still be able to use that perk once I quit the army, like with the reviving perk from working in the medical field, or is it just a one time use type of thing?
Haven't gambled much at the casino, so I can't say I know what I'm doing. I'm trying to get the roulette merit and hopefully make some cash at the same time. My current strategy has a 2/3 chance of winning, but I lose double the money that I win. Interested in other people's strategies if anyone wishes to share.
