Game demands: You have to have a normal every-day thing, followed by a misconception that is obviously made up.
My turn: Elementary teachers have a ritual where they wear black robes and kneel before the principal. Then, the principal gives them the orders of what to teach the children for the week, and they call the principal names like "your highness" or "your lordship". Sometimes they even transform into reptilian dragon-like creatures if the class is noisy.
Problems 1. It is impossible to hover your cursor on screen items on tablets or smartphones. 2. Java is heavy on data. Java black jack? Heavy on the data bill. 3. It is a little bit of an inconvenience to have to zoom in just to click on the sidebar particulars. 4. Again with the Java casino games. Drag-n'drop-ing chips is crazy hard on the phone. 5. ....especially since the Java games are too big to let you see all of them on-screen.
Suggested Solutions 1. Make a swipe-dropdown for icons' duration so players can see the durations of their buffs/debuffs, their education, job, etc. 2. Make mobile versions of the casino games that do not use Java. And PLEEEEAAAAASE bring back the old black jack in the PC version. Loading is grueling. 3. I suggest a dropdown-style effect for the buttons. Swipe, then show every button. Covering the page is fine because you can flip up the dropdown bar again in a single swipe. 4.-5. Maybe mobile versions of the games would do. At least, just resize them? I remember i could not move the screen in craps because the craps table was bigger than the screen itself.
I hope this helps. Mods and Devs, please give feedback on my suggestions. Maybe I'm just missing something, which is why I keep getting these problems.
Stocks are supposed to be dependent on the demand of an item or a service. More people viewing the newspaper? Newspaper stocks go up! Less? Stocks go down! Oil Rig companies lose efficiency? Stocks go down! More loans? Stocks go up! More trading volume? STOCKS GO UP!!!!
Please, stocks right now are just a mini-game that end up being used as hedge funds. Day-trading is impossible because stocks don't sell instantly, or at least within a few minutes.
Players understand that the item graph already serves as a stock quote-like service, but please, just putting random things in the stock company index is insulting to us IRL stock marketers.
Format should be: Username OR name in real life, where you come from (or SAY you come from, and why), favorite pizza/pie/cake flavor, and why you play (roleplay? friends? faction war fun? etc). Let me start.
Hi, I'm RJ_Powell, or Remedius John Powell, or Remmy for short. I'm trying to keep torn in torn and life in life, so I guess I'll say I live in Torn City, somewhere south-west. IRL I like cheese lover's pizza. I want to try to get rich in the game with as little fighting as possible (side question: I'm a n00b, is it possible to get rich without getting into fights?)
One more from me: Whenever DVDs are inserted into DVD players, tiny gerbils over it to rotate it. There's like a hundred of them doing that in one wheel, so that's what makes the *whee* sound.
