I know that in some countries, the government, army and police are corrupt. But lets be honest here, have we ever really heard of corrupt firefighters?

You could trash a set number of items during the course of 1 week (don't dump all them at once) and say who ever finds 1 of said item will receive so and so amount of money. Set a limit to how much money you will give away in total. To show as proof they actually found the item by searching the dump for it, they need to provide a screenshot of the find (you could dump all completely unique items so people will have to guess what you dumped) and say what you dumped. If you don't giveaway the set limit just continue it next week with the remaining set limit and dumping the unfound items again, potentially increasing the chances of finding the item.
