With a budget under 100 Million, is it better to start a new company from scratch or buy one that's barely started? I do have a few people willing to join, but if I could get some more employees that would be great! If I start from scratch, all employees who join from the beginning will be given a bonus, and everyone whom stays loyal within the company will continue to receive those bonuses.
