My working and fighting stats are horrible I guess, financial is bad, and I'm thinking of a way to get back on track.
What should I do best, should I try apply to company or just grind my stats with basic job? I have 800k money and a lot of debt, what should I do to get money again?
Nice guide, give me some alternatives to save my money.
I've been doing the money saving by buying points myself, but it says here that it's not a long term option, why is that? Well I know point's prices drop every now and then, but maybe someday it would rise much higher as when I bought it, isn't that good?

You can make things interesting anytime you want, you know. It is after all, a Role-Playing Game.
For example, you can bet all your belongings to the casino then fails miserably. But your gambling addiction messed up your brain, you start selling your properties gamble them again. And fails, cursing the system, then go stealing beers, drink them, steal again, drink them again. Lose your job for being a drunkard, faction starts isolating you. Until finally you realize sitting in your shack with a lot of empty cans that you just hit rock bottom.
You ask yourself, what am I doing in Torn? A newspaper flies directly to your head showing you the headline that the city need more fresh-meat to be sent to the east. Then it hits you, you're not a "fresh-meat", then you look on the other page apply for a job in an oil-rig company. You feel your feet finally on its rightful path again, you throw empty bottles and cans in your shack. You go to the gym, selling all your beers you stolen before while resisting the will to go out and rob the old-lady you used to smack. Then you got a mail, your old friend that once crashed your car finally pay his debt. Yoo then buy another car with the money, and speeds up to the arena. Days pass, you finally got a job drilling for money. Your boss feels sorry seeing you live in a shack, he gives you a mansion where he let all his servants get some sleep.
Months pass, you finally got your old balance back. You sit in your seaside hammock and asking "is the casino opens today?"
Seeing torn as a long-term game, it isn't bad to add more struggle to climb I guess.
Maybe add some requirement for each properties like, "You must have min xxxxx stats to live in this property!"
Or add some education that have to be finished to unlock a property. like Education -> Finance - Taxes. "You have to learn how to pay taxes to own an apartment!"
