So, I just went to the casino a few minutes ago, and there was this new pop-up called "Spin The Wheel." Is this permanent?

Torn Fact: The reason you get free refills for being inactive is because, while away, your avatar in Torn is essentially comatose, and is therefore storing potential energy. Once you log in again, that potential energy is transformed into kinetic energy in the form of refills for you to use whenever you please. Interestingly, this kinetic energy can be expressed both as physical stamina (when exercising or brawling) and mental acuity (when performing illegal activities), the reason for which being completely unknown because I made all of this up.

Actually, the language thing comes from the story of the Tower of Babel. Basically, some guys were thinking that they could build a tower to heaven, so they gathered almost everyone on Earth to help build it. God, however, didn't approve of this, so he made everyone there speak a different language. Because no one could understand anyone else, construction stopped, people spread out again, and they taught their new languages to their children and they to their children, and so on. It's in Genesis 11:1-9, if you want the exact wording.

Do crimes that involve weapon usage (like armed robbery, for example) at least somewhat depend on the quality of the weapon(s) you have equipped?
