I currently rent a PI, and every 90 days or so when my lease is up, I am kicked out of the property, and my happiness drops dramatically. I would like to see a feature for Property owners to have an option to extend the lease to the tenant before the lease is up, as to avoid the drop in happiness.
Maybe it's a dumb idea, as most people just buy their own PI's, but I would enjoy this feature.
