Torn became something of an obligation at some point. I found discord, the IRC's, and the time spent there to be much more enjoyable.

Opportunities in Torn have been on the decline for a while. Five years ago when I first signed up, the world was your oyster. Stocks were printing, banks were printing, TV companies were booming, Casino gamblin was making people rich or poor everyday.
I'll list them out here.
Stocks - Nerfed to F-ing hell when Ched realized that they printed too much money on predictable movements
Bookie - After large amounts of variance betting, it has led to "replacing the system" which has taken over a year and still has bet limits.
Companies - cutthroat as hell now, with directors forced to compromise on either "stars" or "margins". Employee recruiting is a pain in the arse. Can we have some kind of proper job board like the item market?
Bank interest - Returns are still good, interest rates have been slashed.
Crimes- Damn it, where's crimes 2.0?
IDK, at this point, the only thing that has been basically untouched has been trading. All of this is pointing to a few things.
Being active as hell is the only way to get ahead now. Make money scalping others to resell.
There won't be handouts.

Why you do this? I have no idea, this idea came to me with too much time on hand, and struggling with the issue of finding reliable employees. I haven't done much for the community of Torn to make it better, and this is my idea of giving back. Hopefully this will make it easier for directors and employees to find each other.

Plot:
In a small penitentiary in Dead Town, NV, disease was running rampant. The federal government decided to contain the outbreak by quarantining the prison, leaving the 16 survivors to fend for themselves. The electricity was shut off, turning off the electric locks for the doors (they didn't have money for a backup generator).
When the prisoners woke up the next morning, they found the doors mysteriously unlocked. Thoughts of "Freedom!", "Yay!" and "It must be just a malfunction" ran through their minds. The guards of the understaffed and underfunded jail were obviously very worried. So... they decided to hide within the prison population. But, the prisoners (being victims of the warden's solitary confinement) decided to get payback for what he did to them. Luckily the warden and his buddies already quickly disposed of the prison's weaponry before any prisoners had any ideas. So the prisoners decided to band together and, either by interrogation or death, they will root out the menace within their ranks!
Whelp, I promised that I would quit torn. So yeah, finally got the chance to clear out my inventory properly.
If you stopped by my bazaar on Black Friday, you might wonder to yourself "How did Christ get so many hammers?"
Fear not Timmy, it just cost 200m, alot of IRL hours paying kids to buy hammers a few scripts and many hateful messages.
Let me walk you through the process
Step 1: Acquire hammers You gotta go to the city shops to purchase 100 at a time. Or...hire n00bs who are willing to do anything for $1m. Or just offer a really good price for those same n00bs to spend time clicking for hammers in the item market.
As we all know, there are a bunch of torn nolifers (including me) who have an auto - updating bot to snag mis-pricings on the market. How about we ban em from the bazaar?

Step 4: Wait for Black Friday In eager anticipation I waited for black friday. Having over 10,000 trashy melee items that Ched refuses to make easy to sell or buy in bulk. Overall I would say it was a resounding success!
I gave up on waiting for the logs to load. Ah screw it.

Screw Mis-killing someone. Screw "making a mistake"
This is an open game, which means the the host has been dropping hints literally everywhere, and pretty much describing exactly what happened through the night. If you read the night actions before there have straight up been open reveals from the host about roles. This includes reveal of Daisy3 as green and Me as the Cop. Greens have an unusual amount of information compared to normal through reading, which I suggest you do too.
Through a clarification of wording, I can confirm that I am cop, who was visited by jerk. This meant that my ability was removed. On top of that, since the bully is dead, I guess it would make sense to reveal that Daisy3 is Catnip addiction. If anyone wants to counterclaim I will gladly oblige you.
I am detective/cop which has been described pretty well by now. I talked to Jhay on the first night, which he died. Then I picked up his ability, which was used to investigate Daisy3 and Loco.
