I play Hi-Low a lot and use a card counter with percentages. It doesn't help. The game constantly defies the odds. If the dealer has a 3 showing (assuming a newly shuffled deck) there should be around an 92% chance that I will draw a higher card. So I go higher. And yet somehow, I get the 2. Always happens after a winning streak. I don't push it. I bid 10k and when I get to 16k I cash in and start a new game. After 7-8 rounds like this, the house seems to change. Dealer starts to draw 7's & 8's. Regardless of whether I choose higher or lower, I lose. If the dealer draws a King and I go lower, I get the ace. It always happens after a win streak . I don't have mathematical proof for this. Just my observations.
