I'm looking to get some weapon experience over Halloween, but don't want to splash out a ton of cash, or deal with an axe for a week.
I have a Petrified Humerus (49.69 dam 48.72 accuracy, 24.19 quality) that I would like to swap for a Blood Spattered Sickle or possible a Meat Hook. To avoid dickering over values, my preference is switching back at the end of the event.

Haha! I was a Pequod's man myself. It's something I crave like twice a year.
Also, and I'll try to shut up after this, I'm not a Chicago fanboy. The cost of living is way too high, it takes forever to get anywhere, the pizza is basically a casserole, hot dogs are stupid and being snobby about hot dogs is extra stupid, Wrigley Field smells like piss, the Bears are terrible year and after year, the residential architecture is ugly, dying the river green is dumb, O'Hare and Midway are both living nightmares, and the breweries are years behind literally every other Midwest city. THAT SAID..... don't not go because you're afraid you'll get stabbed. You won't get stabbed. If you go to the Torn event in Chicago, and you do get stabbed, please notify me (or have your next of kin notify me) so I can send you a care package.
If "be careful in new surroundings, especially big cities" is advice you need, you probably shouldn't travel literally anywhere.

The "Chicago is dangerous" jokes are lazy and contrived and don't reflect reality. YES, Chicago has a lot of gun violence, but it's generally located in parts of the city you will not be visiting as a tourist. I lived there eight years and never ran into a lick of trouble. I don't worry I'm going to overdose on fentanyl when I visit *your* hometown.
I think it's a great place for a meet up, it's a wonderful city. If you don't want to go because you don't want to share a drink with morons who couldn't read a room if their lives depended on it, I get that. But if you DO want to go and you're thinking you won't because you're afraid a scary man will stab you with a knife when you visit the aquarium, you'll be fine.
