I am experiencing two separate issues with the Bookie automated settlement engine incorrectly tracking game states and forcing losses on valid bets:
New York Yankees v Pittsburgh Pirates (MLB): This match scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, was officially postponed/rained out by Major League Baseball due to severe storms in New York. Instead of the bet being voided, pushed, or left open for the rescheduled doubleheader, the system automatically pushed it through and settled my bet as a loss.
West Indies v New Zealand (Cricket): In the 4th ODI played on Sunday, July 19, New Zealand won the match by 1 wicket. However, the Bookie script incorrectly resolved the match stating that the West Indies won. Because I had my wager on New Zealand, the bookie settled my winning bet as a loss.
Evidence:
MLB Rainout: Official MLB schedules confirm the July 21 game was formally postponed hours before the first pitch and never started.
Cricket Result: Official ICC data feeds confirm New Zealand successfully chased down the target, scoring 189/9 to defeat West Indies (188 all out) on July 19.
Please review my bookie log history for both of these matches, correct the data mismatches on the automated feed, and manually refund the respective wager amounts back to my account balance. I can provide screenshots if necessary. Thank you!
I recently (About 5 days ago) made a grocery store company and I'm still not making money. I have lots of items in stock I have employees and even have a large amount of money going into promoting the company but nothing seems to be working. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
