What working stats/level/education are you looking for?
Getting ESO in about a month! What drove me to get it now is the Morrowind pack. Lilhalfpint (torn account name) is going to get it with me. Super excited! Looking at a Bosmer/Nightblade build. Or some other race and The Warden :3 I heard you can have more then one character for an account. So I might have one of each. The Nightblade for playing with lilhalfpint, and I'm sure I'll be way more active then her, so I'll have the wardern when I'm not gaming with her.
So I was looking over the paths on the Torn homepage, and of course the Criminal path has drug dealing, but what if the drugs could be made/grown! How feasible would it be to have an update where, take cannabis for example, there where the cannabis was either male or female. Most of them would be male, female being rare, (because the female is the one that buds with seeds or whatever to grow more) and if you had a female plant. And like with the option in Items to turn on a computer, you could "plant" the cannabis, and get a few more. But the catch so then the drug market doesn't flood, is just like crimes, you can't start making LSD or something. Growing requires some skill, and for some time you can only grow one plant, just braking even, or even lose it. There could be something to spend merits on to raise skill. But the more one attempts to grow, the more they could yield, and/or get a small increase in the chance of growing female plants. Of course, like most thing is Torn, this skill would take a long, long time to develop, and maybe should only be available after lvl 5 or something. Then in the crimes section, under maybe shoplifting, there in like a Walgreens/convince store option to rob, where you could walk out with Over The Counter drugs or other things you an buy in stores to make drugs. With randomness it would take time to get everything, and you would end up with a lot of easier supplies, and probably need to get that one last ingredient "limiting resource", but then you could try and "craft" LSD or smoother drug. The more you make it the better you get, and then you have it. I think this could really add to the druggie game experience and then add another level or "real-ness" to game. What do you guys think.
I'm a fairly new player and don't actually use drugs. Where do these drugs come from? How are they added to the circulation. I know at least some can be stolen from the hospital, but what about the rest?
Edit: I've been corrected on where drugs come from. I only thought the above because you could get morphine from the hospital.

when I started playing like 9 years ago, I think it was a decent meta, but with the changes and proliferation of scripts. Not worth it. Take it from apparently an expert level holder XD

nah. Level holding wasn’t it. All the faction wars I was in… insane that I was so under powered.
Yeah I’ve started before 2016 and despite long areas of inactivity, I’ve played this game a bit. OP seems a little more heated and pointed then my own opinion, but I am super sad, disappointed, and a little bit let down that there aren’t any game wide attacking events,
even as a new player with much weaker stats and a play style that avoided factions for the most part, I LOVED the large elimination events. And now I’m stronger and disappointed I can put all that active time to good use.
I don’t know how much of the community liked and participated in those events objectively; but from what I saw they were big fun events. I’m assuming more people would like those back
and if so, OP has a point that resources maybe should be delegated to that. Or like they Said, at least talked about.
that being said there is a group of people that have support for all sorts of things they want to see in game. So I get we can’t appease everyone.

ill do things like sort my recycling and i limit energy usage like lights. Sure, in 'saving the planet' we all make choices that are better are worse. like mentioned above, using things till they need to be replaced, fixing whats broken. not just buying new to buy something new. But what we all do is a drop in the bucket compared to what the EPA regulates. It's mainly on the industrial corporations and producers of goods. us playing video games on the internet isnt breaking the planet. Its corporations making worse environmental decisions for a quick buck and marketing/media trends of consumerism.

Was an avid camper and hiker with Scouts from First grade all through High School. The summer after my sophomore year I went to Philmont! It is a high adventure base for scouts and is up in the north east corner of New Mexico. 1/20th of the state. Our group over about 2 weeks hiked 73 miles and topped three mountains. We had packs ranging from 25 lbs. To 40. It was an absolutely fantastic time! Most campsites we stopped at for the night was just us. But sprinkled throughout the trip were staff camps and they would have maybe a bonfire program, horse back riding, or something like that. We even shot and loaded black power rifles and 30-6 rifles. It was great...
Edit: and it was at Philmont I saw a guy bleed out of his eyes.. true story

.... I may be wrong on this... Look at his account number... days old... and most importantly his status.. Duke is an NPC? That's why he is in the city and he has the whole loan shark option. He isn't an actual player. He is a program that attacks to follow through on ppl who don't pay back. Now at the same time, with his personality that come through the missions, and drama he has a part in Torn life, there is a real person (idk maybe staff?) Who log on and actually do messaging and the like, but he isn't your avg account on torn. Or maybe I'm being to serious and you are role-playing this and saying we should ban him from the city.. but you should be aware of what I mention above if you arent...
