I think it would be nice to have a vault tab for the tools and materials needed for organized crimes where we could keep them as a faction resource and loan out/retrieve as needed.

So you say ypu can use 5 edvds with no booster cd bonus
5 DVD’s and an ecstasy without 10* AN but in a 5k happy PI, 35k happy. Requires +0 hr booster cooldown.
But edvd are 6 hrs each at 24 hours you could only use 4
