I've just come back after not playing for a few years, I have around 300 refills that I will use for training, as well as a decent chunk of money for happy jumps.
I'm going to be extremely active, still a little clueless about certain aspects of the game so would have to be a faction that would help me grow and educate me (I learn quick).
