Global Chat is the most dangerous place in Torn City, they'll put a bounty on your head if you accidentally gossip them, they won't stop until you've quit Torn.
So stop chatting in Global, if you don't want to be one of their target.
You must always attack players and leave them on street, especially higher level players with shitty battle stats. If you're lower level than your target(s) but battle stats is way too OP than them you can easily won the attack, just simply leave them on street, this gives you hell a lot of experience. Okay, right now I'll talk about level 15.
Why must I reach to level 15? You can unlock the "travel" ability, here's the benefit(s): You can make some money You can run a flower shop, you also get some money. When you're travelling to any countries, your enemies can't attack you until you arrived in your destination.
