I'm using examples close to home. Don't get so offended. "Animals are animals, people are people" isn't a point, it's an observation.
"Cars come in blue or red"
That's my new point. Contest that.

I'm not sure how you missed that it was, you know, Nazi-related, though. Or do you think it was the average German rounding up political enemies and sticking them in forced labour camps?

And seriously, how did you miss that it was a comparison of two scenarios related specifically to what we're arguing about? You can't dump unrelated variables into the equation.
If there were no people, everything else would prosper. With people, everything else diminishes.

Which brings us onto the last thing you didn't get: what the f**k do you think a habitat is? You think the earth is going to continue at this rate forever?
The argument isn't about human testing, it's about the worth of another species' life -- which is what you made it about with the original post. And the fact is that your idea of us being "of a higher level" is ridiculous, because we're a species that actively destroys everything we need to surive. Compare that to other creatures who share the same planet as us, and then explain how that makes us better. We're exploitative, ignorant, and destructive. Those aren't the features of a superior being.

What's the acceptible level for nakedness, anyway?
Are we talking "snake in the grass", or is it just "snail trail"?

Summer Games Done Quick 2015 ·

It's the most autistically awkward-yet-awesome gaming event. Be there or...be somewhere.

HEY BROS I DONATED 10 DOLLARS LETS f**kEN REK CANCER OWN IT f**kEN SHOW IT WHO THE BOSS IS YEA
*awkward forced applause from high donations*
*awkward forced applause from every single f**king move*
Runners who insist on commentating their run when they have that fake-disinterested, monotonous, droning voice.
Then there's all the drama. Autistic kid trying to play a game while another autistic kid tries to make jokes every 5 seconds, until the first one flips his shit.
Or the weird nerdy girlfriend of a guy who, i shit you not, got drunk and suck-f**ked a bunch of other attendees while the guy was doing his run, then blamed him for it.

It's as amazing as it is sad.

Personally, i f**king loved Studio's HL2 run, i liked the other HL2 run by the younger lad, and loved the Star Wars: Outcast run (which was absolutely f**king insane). There's a great run for Dark Messiah too.

Everything else is pretty iffy, either because they're so similar (the Morrowind ones are all basically the same), or because the runs are just awful. Then there's shit like Fallout or Skyrim that doesn't involve anything besides running in a straight line.

Can't say any of the new stuff appeals to me. Let's pray for more nerd-drama instead.
