hiring workers for my fairly new but ranking up quickly company, company has a few simple requirements:
-must be active daily -total work stats must be 15k+
just apply and you got the job, trains are also free and are given out daily.Pay starts from 100k depending on stats... 15k-20k total = 100k 21k-34k =150k 35k-44k= 200k 45k+ = 250k

As nice as fast might be, lets be real all the vet players that played for years will now make all their dedication and commitment useless, speeding up a bit is fine maybe for the start but defo keep the grind on.
