That artistic masterpiece was depicting you but I guess I was mistaken to think that you'd have the adequate amount of contextual awareness to understand.
No you don't and here's why. If you were taking bets like that then there would be no reason to bet on the under 2 weeks option since that covers a span of only two weeks. Everyone would bet on the over 2 weeks option because that can span an infinite period of time.
