Ok lets humour the idea that it is a legitimate deal. Let's postulate it as a contract then:
1. Flux agrees to pay Relentless 25m a week. 2. Relentless agrees to leave Flux alone if compliance with article one is met 3. Failing to comply to article one leads to Relentless making Flux's life miserable until compliance with article 1 is achieved.
Looking at it this way you could say that Relentless is actually failing to comply with the contract not Flux as they are not succeeding in bullying flux into compliance
A reenactment of what likely happened

So after interacting with some trout cultists I realized the normal citizens in Torn need a way to find a reprieve from their smelly antics.
WHICH IS WHY! I suggest the implementation of either a fishing rod secondary (without ammo) or melee weapon with the following passive: Fishpocket: when entering combat have a 75% chance to steal equipped trout temporaries and equip them in the fight Missherman: on miss, when not having any temporary weapon equipped, have a 25% chance to fish up a trout and use it immediately
The weapon stats should be around a rusty iron sword to guaranty some usefulness out of the second passive and I can't argue for actual high damage numbers
In all seriousness, I came up with this idea as a joke, but it sounded like a fun weapon so I put it here... it would require an npc or something though I reckon. If this actually becomes implemented I would suggest a net secondary as a drop as well, which would increase the amount of trout someone can carry. Additionally it can have like a slow passive or something on hit.
I wonder if it has to be with the NL being quite early with affordable internet coverage. That, in turn, could've lead to more early Torn adopters, which could've nudged some add algorithms... But that's just a theory... a Torn theory.
I highly recommend joining the trivia events in the future. First place got these fhcs in addition to the swanky hand painted (by a nice dude who was at the con) vanguard figurine on the first page fo the tread. Second place got 42 of them. In total Julie sent nearly a thousand FHCs in prizes.

Technically sure. But it will take a bit longer for SE's to be more cost efficient than FHCs. I'm a weirdo who doesn't take any drugs. My highest stat, dex at 2.3b is still not high enough to make SE's worth it as I get similar (still a bit higher than SE's) gains for 40m less (could be 60, can't be bothered to do the guestimation again).... no my current training style is not actually cheaper than the lsd or xanax route... self inflicted suffering, of course XD
But yep no obligation on either side. If people ask it in a more friendly and sincere way they are more likely to actually get something back however. Also thanking them for doing so while asking helps :P
