I am a returning player and owed Duke almost 7mil. I managed to make a little more than I owed Duke and was able to pay him in full. The money I paid Duke was taken from my balance, but it is not reflecting as being paid. And still has an indicator stating I have an outstanding loan balance.

I think you both may be right. I don't think I realized the actual loan and the weekly fee were seperate. You can close this. Thanks for your help.
