When using a mobile android device running Google chrome, uploading an image saved on your device will not work. Instead of bringing up the directory of images on your device the browser will select the camera, every time. However a workaround this issue I've discovered is downloading Firefox for android. When you select upload image in firefox it responds correctly, bringing up your time directories on the device. I'm not too experienced in web programming but my best bet is there's an issue with compatibility between the code and how the browsers display it. Sorry for the lack of screenshots, I'm not even sure if this device is capable of doing so. Anyways I hope this helps anyone in then future having the same issue and I hope to see this resolved in a future update.
